Our Services
Golden Plan Choice offers a wide variety of coverage options and plans. Depending on your personal situation, the size of your family, your employment, and other factors, you could be eligible for some or all plans.

Medicare

Medicare is split into three parts: Parts A, B, and D. Part A are also known as Hospital Insurance, which covers hospice care, inpatient hospital stay, and some home health care services.
Part B covers medical insurance, including services provided by doctors, outpatient care, and preventive services. Part B also covers medical supplies.
Part D offers coverage for prescription drugs, as well as any shots or vaccines recommended by your healthcare professional. Depending on the cost of these drugs your health plan, the entirety of the cost may not be covered.
All Medicare plans must include all the services of Medicare Part A and B (rules, costs, and restrictions can still vary). This is also called Original Medicare. However, not all plans are covered by Original Medicare, which is why Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement are offered.
